"When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. And suddenly from heaven there came a sound like the rush of a violent wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting.Divided tongues, as of fire, appeared among them, and a tongue rested on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them ability." Acts 2:1-4
Sunday, May 27: Pentecost Sunday! Music celebrating the Holy Spirit will be featured at both services (9:00 & 11:00am). Also we will pay tribute to those who have died in service to our country. WEAR RED to Celebrate Pentecost!

“Sky” Vacation Bible School will be July 8-13 (Sunday through Friday). Through Bible stories, mission projects, science experiments, movies, dramas and more, kids will discover how everything is possible with God. Please contact Lori Perri at 342-6164 or tlp306@msn.com if you would like to volunteer or register children. There is also a list of items needed in the newsletter.
Coming this Wednesday…John Thornton arrives! He will be with us through August 12. We hope to show him our area of the world and its good people. There is a sign up sheet to “host” John for an outing each week he is here. We are still in need of a full set of sheets, paper products, soap, kitchen towels and bath towels. Items will be returned at the end of summer.
JUNE 10th- Support Circles Sunday! During worship and Sunday School, we will learn about this new initiative to help the homeless. Our goal is to receive $750 in a special offering and recruit 12 new Support Circle Team Members. Special guests, worship, and programming will be featured.
